It also helps stimulate beneficial intestinal bacteria and helps to restore the digestive tract after an antibiotic course to treat gastrointestinal disorders.

Some studies also shown that yogurt can delay the aging process and improve your skin complexion.

For those who dislike the sour taste of yogurt, yogurt drinks have been in the market for quite some time so pick up a bottle now for the goodness of live bacteria.

Plastic concerns

Those plastic water bottles on the supermarket shelves look so lovely you just want to reuse them again and again after you have finished drinking.

Chemicals in the plastic can leach into the water so it's not advisable to reuse them. Use a reusable water bottle and keep these single-use bottles out of the landfill.

Fraser's Hill

Hari Ahad yang lalu dan telah lame berlalu, kitorang gi Frasers Hill...Kitorang itu adelah Warie, Kak Lino and Prof. Noramly..and me myself.. and supposedly si Ommi ikot, tapi ade some miscommunication, die tak jadi ikot..takpolah..nak buek camno..xde rejeki.. So, bertolak at 7.30am , and berhenti dulu kat Restoran Jejantas for breakfast and as usual akan dibelanje oleh Prof yang baik hati dan tidak kedekut itu..

I actually, terlepas cakap, ingatkan Frasers Hill tu yang jalan die tak bengkang bengkok..sebab dulu gi dengan En.Ujeng jeng, Kakwinwin and Madi, nak termuntah den sepanjang naik bukit tu..and memang tobat toksey gi lagi..So, i telupe yg jalan bengkang bengkok tu is Frasers Hill acually, aku duk ingatkan Cameron Highland..heee nak gi Cameron Highland, sbb den tak ponah gi situ..

So , ape lagi, start je naik bukit yang berpusing pusing tu, memang dah loye and pening giler..and boleh pulak si warie siap bace surat kaba lah , bace novel lah, and bercerite segale macam dengan riang rie as if jalan kat situ lurus...hee dalam hati aku bekate...kite tengah pening nak muntah ni, boleh pulak lah duk bace surat kaba tu...memang hebat aku kata... Nak tido pon tak boleh..sume tak kene...aku rase macam nak patah balik Bangi jeee..tapi takpelah, perjalanan harus diteruskan jua...

Sampai je pintu gerbang, kitorang stop kejap sebab belum masenye boleh naik..so, aku pon turun dari kerete and amek angin, and sapulah minyak yg ade..kalau muntah lege jugak, ni rase nak muntah tapi tak muntah-muntah...Then, dah kul 11am, kerete boleh naik atas, aku try to sleep..naseb baik boleh tido dengan aman dan nyenyak dan selese...sampai je kat ats aku pon bangun dengan segar..

Hujan di sepanjang perjalanan, sejuk ketu ketu betol..tapi best... and we oll pon turun dari kerete siap dengan rain coat comel masing-masing yang dibeli di Kuala Kubu. Rase mcm nak gi camping je bile pakai rain coat yang colorful itu and very the funny especially si Warie,hahah and happy..

Masuk ke hutan, hujan agak lebat..menyesal pulak tak pakai kasut..habes becak, and kotor seluar and kasut I u olss...and tetibe takut pulak si pacat naik kat kaki....TAPI memang kene jugak gigit..tp yg peliknye, setelah tibe di lab dan setelah solat Asar...banyok benay darah keluar..

Lepas berpenat lelah, kutip sampel Balanophora papuana , kitorang pun keluar from the utan, and get something to eat, lapau bebenau..maklumlah, hujan pulok...sperti di obersi kami orang rase..
